Hi Everyone,
We just sold our house and although we will not be RVing full time we will be doing it a lot. We are trying to decide between a 5th wheel and a Motor home. Welcome to the Happy Hour Pam! Congrats on the decision to purchase a new rig. I’m assuming if you are looking for a 5ver you have a truck to pull it with? If you are towing a 5ver and a bass boat that is going to be one long rig. A motorhome towing a bass boat would also be fairly long. What part of the country are you in?
We have a truck now but if we do this we would be purchasing a new truck to pull the 5th. That is what is making our decision hard. If we do the 5th wheel we can no tow the boat too so it would be either the boat and hotels or the trailer. If we do the motor home then we are worried about launching the boat.
