@bowhunter Hi John, if you are 62 or older, get the America The Beautiful (U.S. National Park Service), $10 (for life), you can get at most National Parks. Gets you in to National Parks free where there is entrance fee, and half off camping at National Forest, National Parks, and COE campgrounds.

Thank You John, I have held a GOLDEN ACCESS PASS for over 20 years, I understand this pass has been changed to another Free Lifetime Pass, I sustained a disability many years ago and that is how I was able to get the free pass back then..I am 67 now….keep ideas coming please!!! Thanks again!!!!

The Golden Access Pass is the same thing, they renamed it a few years back.

Monthly or weekly rates are generally a lot less than daily and most RV parks have them. Being able to dry camp (boondock) is a great way to save. There are also discount clubs out there, but make sure to study the terms closely.

John we left North Carolina July 9th with our 30 ft. F/W and F-350 and on a trip of dreams. It’s been so cool looking at this beautiful country. Go to our Gallery and you will see the solar we had installed at Mobile Homestead in Wyoming. We love to boondock and saves us money.
