Tomorrow is our last day here in Fort Myers, Fla. We have been here a month- Ft. Myers RV Resort. We have had a great WARM fun time. Hopefully, we can get home without any snow or yucky weather.
-
We are going to Fort Myers Fla. From Feb to March. What about you?
-
Hi Debbie,
The plan is to be in FL in March. Going to spend a couple weeks in Orlando. I would eventually like to ride the bicycle on the Keys bike trail.
I’ll be working my way there after I leave Long Beach in a couple of weeks.
So many bike trails….so little time.

-
Do you know of any good bike trails in the Fort Myers area? This year we are bringing our bikes for the first time. The keys trail sounds awesome, but too far soth for this trip.
-
I have never been to FL but the website trailLink.com is one of my best sources for trail info.
I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of dedicated bike trails in FL.
Bike on!!!!!

@debbie Hey, Debbie, are you a fulltimer? I bet it’s cold in Ohio right now…
-
No, Norma, we are not full-timers. At least not yet…. We just retired last year and spread our wings down south to snowbird for the first time last February…I want to learn as much as I can from all of you.
-
This is an awesome collection of RV’ers that you can learn so much from, Debbie!
We have learned so much and the friends we made here are super encouraging and helpful!

We play Rummikub- a tile game sort of based upon the card game of rummy. Can be played by 2 – 6 players. We also like Yahtzee.

Thank you both for the Welcome! Hubby, Paul, and I started camping back in the day in a little tent, graduated to a bigger tent when kids came along. Then to a pop-up and now to a travel trailer. What kind of campers do you two have?

Safe travels home.
I have been in Florida for a couple weeks and am not sure if I’ll ever head north. ..Lol
