OK, I joined…Yay…hoping to head out boondocking for about a week (not sure my 4 6 volt batteries will hold up and may have to resort to cranking the generator up or moving around and charge them while driving. Looking at the site Ray suggested close to Yuma AZ. Hope to do a ton of work fixing what I tore out, what needs fixin and what I’d like fixed…

Holy cow! Two weeks have gone by and I seem to be two steps behind rather than forward. Live and learn. Hired a guy off craigs list (yes I know, dumb but he seemed like a straight up kinda guy) to install my newly purchased double camera n 9″ back up monitor to ensure safe driving. $400 later I have a monitor that keeps falling over because he…[Read more]

What’s new? Everything! I’m about to become a full timer and although I had only driven a rental class c over Christmas, I went ahead and bought a used class a with the standard fridge, oven, cooktop, black and grey tanks, 2 ac’s 2 furnaces, 2 9 volt deep cycle batteries. The plan is to go off grid as soon as I can get my you know what together.…[Read more]
