We enjoyed traveling with our four dogs over Thanksgiving. We went to New Mexico to visit with our son and the dogs really did well. We would like to take a trip with them in the summer but I’m not sure where to start in the planning process. Does anyone have ideas of fun things to do with four dogs, hiking or just enjoy the surroundings?

We just purchased this BT Cruiser in the summer. Took a trip to New Mexico for Thanksgiving with our 4 dogs! We winterized it before we left. A little inconvient but still fun!

I would recommend the Oregon coast, lots of space, good RV parks and many excellent State parks, tons of beaches, trails, etc. and most of the little towns are very dog friendly with free poop bag dispensers everywhere and most businesses put out water bowls.
What a great suggestion! we have thought about going to Oregon for quite some time. Now that we have an RV, it will be easier to do. Is there a certain time of year that’s better to go? We like to vacation when kids are back in school. LOL! Thank you so much for your input.
September is actually suppose to be the best month weather wise ususally high sixties and less fog than in July and August and the kids are back in school, so anytime after labor day is good there.
Thanks Ray!!
