Gee, I don’t post very often. It was a rough winter here in Kentucky. At least I see that I did a pretty good job of winterizing, so far I don’t see any leaks and the generator is still gening. My ex-husband (alcoholic – JD was his drink of choice, of course) was born and raised in Lynchburg! His mother still lives there – a retired teacher. Beautiful area. We will have to hit it next year….we should be in that area about a year from now. Do you have a link?

I was there to work, but had a great time. It is a 2 day event and I was just there for about 8 hours(working most of it), but I did get out and get a few pictures and look around some. Well today is the day to go pick up my new-used Motorhome. I bought it this summer with big plans to fix it up and the first thing I wanted fixed was the generator, you know so I could run the AC because it was so hot in there working. Good luck winterizing James. I have never had to winterize, lucky me. Can’t give to much advice but I’m sure there are others here that could help you out if you have any questions.

James I just winterized my RV yesterday mine is easy to do because its a newer unit. I have a command center that has a hot water bypass switch and a place to connect hose or winterizing (this is where the pump will pull RV antifreeze thru my system) There are a lot of good videos on UTube that show you how to do this. Great Pictures. It does make me a little sick, homesick that is. I really miss the beach and watching the cruise ships go in and out from Hollywood. That sounds like a great place to stay. I will check it out….

@campervamp I lived in Hollywood for the past 6 years and moved back to Ky earlier this year to help out with my mother who is 98 year old. I really do miss South Florida and will return… What part of SFL are you?

Hi, James – We live in Deerfield Beach. I’ve always liked Hollywood; it has more charm and authenticity than most South Florida cities.
