We are here in upstate NY – cold and snowy and dreaming of the RV lifestyle. Still a couple of years off , but keeping us going in the cold anyway. Stay warm folks were ever you Andre.

First time out this season coming up this weekend. This is the first weekend the campgrounds in the state parks here in Upstate NY are open. We got five weekends in after we bought the rig last fall and are hoping to do at least 3 weekends a month, before taking all the grandkids to Disney in Aug.

We have a bunk. While it will be mostly just my husband and I in the rig, we have had grandkids with us on many of our shakedown runs. If the weather is cold or rainy they have all picked out their private spots – one in the cabover bunk with the curtains closed. I am anxious for the cold to ease a bit here in the northeast. I want to get the rig out of storage, but can’t park it here at the house till we don’t have snow plows on the street any more.

That sucks about the hit and run. I bet the leaves are starting to turn there. Such a pretty area in the fall.
