I am also very new to solar and RV electrical, but you might want to also consider an automatic transfer switch to control the source of AC power between shore power and the inverter. That would allow all your individual outlet wiring to all remain intact. The transfer switch could then sit between your AC power sources and your power control center.

No, but I admire and appreciate those that do. I also own some timeshares, and have written up some location reviews years ago and once I tried making a video. It take a lot of time and it also takes some skill. Since I have neither of those, my hat is off to those that do.

Printers have dropped a lot in price over the last 10 years. My family and I have had good luck with HP products.. Specificlly ink jets or photo jets. Bon my kids have ink jets at college and we have a photo jet 6510. They have lots of variations for whatever your price point is.
