@jonah I see you have a Jayco Class C . Ours is a Jayco Greyhawk – just 24 ft. Yours looks a bit bigger! How do you like it? We find our very reliable! B&N

I love the new map of where everyone is. How do I put a locate on where we are? I’m looking around.

Kathy there is a howto here – http://rvhappyhour.com/groups/rvhh-meetups/forum/topic/rvhh-member-map-how-to/
Because it runs on Google’s system a Google account like Gmail is needed to allow you to place and edit your location pin. Basically you ask to be invited to the map and then I add you to it. The map is viewable to everyone but only the…[Read more]
Hubby and I left our friends and family in our “home base” in Aurora, Colorado. We still think Cherry Creek State Park is the best RV Park we have been in after one year of full-time camping. At least for the wide open spaces, lake and hiking/biking paths. We started out for Indiana to see more family, but the wind was leaving trucks overturned…[Read more]

Seems to be a lot of wind everywhere this spring. We had big storms on our way up the coast but now the weather is really nice and since it usually heads east, I’m sending you some nice clear, calm stuff.
Cheers Ray -
Yeah, I don’t like that big wind either. Better to do what you did…just wait it out. Besides, you’re in Colorado! What’s not to like!!

We spent the winter in NV and AR and it was so wonderful and warm. It’s been cold, windy and rainy ever since coming back north. We are on our way to Indiana, but no rush to get there.

We sould come up with outrigger stableizers for high profile RVs. We went south in the fall thru Cuggwater Wy. and I though Aileen need to swich sides in the truck so we could tack the land yacht into the wind!!! Not a good fealing seeing that trailer tip to the the side in a hard blow. Good idea on the extra stop!
Happy Trails!!! -
Many a times I had to have my wife pull the drivers seat out of my a$$. That’s a horrible feeling

Very smart to take your time and wait for better weather, especially easy to do when your not on a time frame! Can’t wait! Enjoy your travels.

Hi,
The “Whale” is 32′ Class C by Jayco. We bought it used and it’s a 1998, but it is in great shape with low millage. We have been living full-time in it for two years in April. My husband is most ready to move into a base home somewhere, but we have friends and family spread out across the country and we can’t decide where to put that base.
