We had a great time visiting with Eddie, Aileen, Laura, & Kim at the ranch. What a new experience for the kids. Was great to see them all again.

Had a bad day! I had Two, (count them) Blow Outs on the RV. So I had just checked the air pressure that morning. So the first one was not to bad I had a spair tire to change it out with. At RV Camping World Campground in Rawlins, WY. It is a Good Sam Park. Nothing special, but clean and friendly staff.

Hi James, sorry I’ve been out of contact! I’ve been helping a friend of Aileen’s family get his stock/horse trailer welded up be for he heads out to the Oregon coast. When you get close to us PM me the day before or E-mail us. The cell signal sucks hear unless you have a booster so we have no phone at camp. Try to not run out of spares!

I know that you need to perform maintenance on your 5th wheel tires. I do check air pressure, lube wheel bearings and torque the lugs. But do you also need to rotate the tires from front to back? Do you need to get them balanced? If so how often?

I get mine balanced at purchase time and rotate front to back if uneven tread wear shows up. I have one back tire that seems to wear on the inside a bit, maybe due to axle alignment or sharp turns so usually rotate once between replacement due to wearing them out.
