planning a trip from victoria to denver , sems to be 2 main routes, i90 through Spokane,idaho,utah Colorado, or 190 to ellensburgh then northeast Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, (i84 &i82) pulling a 30ft 5th wheel. either route better (less steep grades) than the other? thanks for any suggestions.

@glokaragan we went to Grayland beach state park out near grey’s harbour a couple of years ago, very nice, large variety of sites to choose from. easy access and nice facility’s and lot’s of fun stuff to do within a short drive or bike. the beach between the campground and the ocean is actually part of the state highway system and you can drive on…[Read more]

Hi, if you are going to waterton and want to continue north there is a great circle (sort of) route you can take, go on map quest and start with waterton to Nelson to Revelstoke to jasper to Banff to Calgary. you have to backtrack a bit from jasper to Banff or you can continue on from jasper to Edmonton and then south to Calgary then back up to…[Read more]

I’ll add my two cents.
