After reviewing the list of items grilled, I understand why almost all the foods chosen could be grilled except one.  Lettuce.  I had to look at the instructions for the Caesar Salad to figure out how grilled lettuce could be prepared without burning.  I was surprised, but I am inspired to try this to get my husband to eat any other type of lettuce than iceburg.  I’ll give a report on his reaction.
