    I’m sure your chili would beat mine, we don’t care much for hot. Lots of peppers, onions, and celery, plenty of flavor and texture. I do something similar with wieners and beans.

    I’m with Roger on this one.  Too spicy and you lose the flavour.  Carol on the other hand prefers lots of hot spices in her chili.

    We enjoy chili DH makes a mean pot. Tried the winning chili in All Canadian Chili Cookoff and it had peaches in it .  it was awesome.

    Never developed the palette for wine, just tastes like rotten fruit to me. Would you settle for beer and a Coleman?

    Personally, we prefer wines that are bottled. Have not found a really good box wine yet. Not saying we won’t, just haven’t yet.  Have been through numerable cases of bottles though!!!   :shock:

    Yes wine comes in boxes and some not bad. At least you don’t have worry about the bottle breaking.

    YES, 18 hours to work Yes only 18 hours over the next 3 Wednesday and Thursday. Then I am DONE, Done, done. no more work  Then ??????? who cares ?????

    I’ll have time to get the MH out of storage and ready to use. First trip to Paradise RV Park on Vancouver Island.
