Do camp areas exist anywhere in Canada /USA where there are only 40-50+ people in them?

There MIGHT be 30 people where I am now.  The view isn’t great, but the price is right.  $250/mo with $150 electricity included.

I bet there’s places like this all over that have better ambience than this one…FINDING them, however, might be the holdup…

You should scout them out and write a book!!!  I’d buy it!

Now that I think about it…THIS is a site for campgrounds for sale.  Lots of them are smaller, mom & pop type operations that might be what you’re looking for…

yeah, do you think certain states or areas have a more concentrated amount of older campers over younger ones?

55 years seems to be the magic number. There are tons of campgrounds down south that are only for people 55+

Sorry I’m not quite at the 55 yet and Gerry still has another year or two to go…

I  would take them somewhere more fun than a place with just a bunch of 55+ folks. Can’t be much fun for little kids ;-)

I think most of these places would allow guests for a few days. They tend to be retirement type communities.

Sounds like one of those places that only let RV/campers less than 10 years old in.
