    !!!

So the water inlet behind the toilet picked NOW to start spewing?!?!?  Saturday night???

I cut the water off, pulled the hose and raced to Walmart.  I need 1/2 inch to 1/2 inch and the only thing they have is a 1/2 inch to 7/8.

Ace is closed tomorrow, so if I wanna fix it, I have to go to Lubbock Lowe’s is 45 miles away. Bummer.

Seems I am the Queen of Water Works…..

I always carry something called rescue tape in the rig for plumbing emergencies. :)  Works pretty good as a stop gap.

Well after fixing the hose with the silicone tape (thanks, Ray!)  it is now obvious that I need a new valve.  Old one just can’t take the pressure anymore, lol!

That and a new blade seal and then…keep your fingers crossed for me yet again.

    I LOVE old RVs…

   No, Melody.  It won’t be here until Wednesday.  It’s back to the toilet bucket for me!  (that’s a bucket for water to flush with,  not to go in!)

I’ll be getting spares of everything!  Gonna need a trailer to haul all my parts and tools, lol!

Bob/Nancy, in a few weeks, I’ll be by to work on your rig.  My rates are reasonable, but I am freakin slow….

All righty, here’s the plan.  I’m going by the hardware store at lunch for a cutoff for the fresh water line to toilet.  That way I can still have running water in the rest of the rig while we wait for WEDNESDAY and the new valve.  That stupid toilet can kiss my butt!  hmmm…I think it does all the time…not a good threat, I guess….

  haha, gotta love plumbing. NOT. I prefer doing electrical. I’ll take the shocks over the leaky mess I usually create.

That’s why I know all about rescue tape.   ;-)

LOL!  Well at least with electricity, you know right away if it’s fixed or not!
