I think sometimes it looses a battery connection and needs to be reset. Make sure the batteries are good then put the remote transmitter ones in first, and then the clock unit. It may still work. :)

I have the Lacrosse units as well, the battery in the remote sensor usually dies first. You put a new battery in the sensor, remove the batteries from the clock and then reinstall them. Should work again.

Thanks guys but I’ve been through a couple of changes of batteries trying to make it work.  This clock is about 13 years old and I think it’s just tired of listening to the sensor.  The rest of the clock still works great, but the digits on the remote side gradually quit working until it finally just gave up.

Time for a new entry here>>> When I got up this morning it was +2F, thankfully without any wind!!  Now at 10:15 pm it is 20. Still cold at 10 times the morning temp!! Miss Lilly has all of her water lines blown out and drains anti-frozen!  No worries here, mates! Next January will be a totally different story though so the freeze up you experienced Norma has helped us prepare for that time. Thank you! :-)

Put a blanket over the door and bubblewrap the windows.  My two best tips.  :)

Think we got you beat this morning.   It was 6 below this morning when Eddie got up for work, and now a heat wave of 2 above at 9 this morning,  think it looks more and more like we are going south here a few weeks or so and wait this cold out, just hard on our home on wheels.  Glad it has wheels.  Ray when are you all leaving your spot.?????????

Nothing like contrast to make you appreciate warmth. Happy southern trails!

Norma, we’re close to Wichita Falls, Texas. Brrrr, everything is white outside. Still in the house, but we’ve been researching warmer climates when we go full time. Anyone know the warmest area to winter? We’ll be chasing the sun!

ooo…Karen!  I know, right?  The RV park I’m at has a broken water line they’re trying to fix, so no one has water this morning.  :(

Fortunately, they’re saying 60s and 70s for next week.  Sunday (tomorrow) in the 60s daytime, so after today, a reprieve.  Dad says this portends a wet, windy Spring, so lotsa Tornado Watches in our future…  If it ain’t one thing… ha!  Stay Warm!!

We need wet! Our area has been in a drought since forever. We’re on 1/4 block and our beautiful yard is no more. Too much upkeep for us which is why we’re going to sell out. 14 months 1 day. Yipeeee!

Not in the north part of Texas! I’ve seen it as hot as 116 here and cold is maybe the single digits. Farther south is better.

Christine, that’s a beautiful pic!  Trees!!!!!! hahaha…I’m in the desert part of Texas, so no real trees.  :(  But I feel your slippy, slidey, no water pain.

And yeah, the bubble wrap thing works REALLY well.  Also I have a light comforter that I put over the door using binder clips on the hooks above the door.  That helps a ton, too!
