April 15, 2015 at 5:37 am #10125Our newer rig.
Its a 1993 26′ Wilderness 25P5 in excellent shap, we just replaced the carpet with vinyl plank flooring just to freshen it up and make it easier to clean. It’s got a lot more room then the old 19′!

Kick the tires, light the fires and hit the road!!April 15, 2015 at 5:33 pm #10143
AnonymousI always liked the lighter colored interiors on the older units. Bright and open looking. I like my unit, but the interior is incredibly brown.

April 16, 2015 at 10:43 am #10176Thanks guys for the kind words.
The wife and I are taking the new rig out for its shakedown cruise this weekend. The ground is still frozen solid up here so no sewer and water, just electric service available. Shouldn’t be a big deal as this rig has a 55gl fresh water tank, we camped for 5 days in the old 19″ rig and it only had a 18gl tank. We’re going with another couple who just bought a brand new 33′ Hideout travel trailer so there will be a couple of christening ceremonies going on this weekend.
Kick the tires, light the fires and hit the road!!April 17, 2015 at 9:50 am #10203The RV Fairy just dumped a new to us 2005 Layton 28 foot 5th wheel in the driveway last night.I have been lying and telling everyone it was a 29 because that’s what the salesmen told me,but it’s a model 2805.
We saved some bucks by not having them clean it up,so we are busy doing that.
I’ll post some photos over the next few days.
Lots to do.
April 17, 2015 at 11:26 am #10204I love the RV Fairy!!! Look forward to seeing the pic.
the wife and I are heading down to the hills in SD this fall and where thinking of stoping in Devils Lake for a couple of days. What’s some of good campgrounds around there Trip and Lisa?
Kick the tires, light the fires and hit the road!!April 17, 2015 at 11:30 am #10205Hi Trip & Lisa, good for you guys!
Just remember the old saying “The one with the most toys wins” is wrong! The truth is “The one who wares out the most toys wins”! So go use the heck out of that outfit, I know people who spend tons on a RV and let it set in the drive way. And then it gets put in the back yard or a storage lot somewhere.
Have fun,and take a kid camping!!!
Happy Trails from your neighbours in NE Wyoming!!!
