I understand its like at home, vacuum or wet mopping, but was just wondering what type of vacuum or mopping one does and uses.. We have a lot of  vinyl and some carpet. Since storage space is not as greatful as home we just looking for ideas in house keeping.

I use this Shark unit, lightweight, compact, excellent suction comparable to our big Dyson at home, no bags and washable filter. I like it so much that at the end of the season I take it home to use and bring it back in spring.

By the way, it will run off a 1000 watt inverter, and has a pet hair attachment. My only objection to it, it does make a peculiar smell when running, a sort of oily odour. We’ve used it for 3 years now.

We use the rubber backed throw mats in the trailer, a little nicer on the feet on a cool morning. Easy to clean, just take them outside and give a good shake. We got these in bundles of 4 at the discount store for $8 a bundle, originally for our class C and then moved them to the trailer. It only takes me about 1/2 hour to clean the floor, not like theres that much of it!

We use a Shark Rocket, light weight, can be used upright or hand held and has multiple attachments for all types of flooring.

I’ve had a few Shark vacuums over the years, never had a bad one.
