I agree, you certainly want a place for overnight visitors! We just purchased an arm for our new TV. It’s nice to be able to swing it out of the way when not in use!

Don't give up on your Dream!
Yay! And storage the rest of the time. I want an arm in the bedroom too…for the little TV.

Our plan when we buy our C is to have the entertainment center. We saw one model that had some storage on either side of the TV. Norma – we also are child free, but both have lots of siblings. So we ended up with 22 nieces/nephews ranging from 3 years old to 36 years old and 3 greats. We’ve taken many of them camping over the years, but I really want the entertainment center. I guess visitors will have to be happy with kitchen booth pullout bed or a tent. LOL
Well, Karen, I ended up pulling that beast of a TV (27″ CRT) and the entertainment center out. It has made me o-so-happy. Tons more storage, lots more light inside, an extra bed IF I ever need it, lol…
The storage on either side of that monstrous TV was limited and so far back, it was pretty much useless to me.
It does make a huge difference in the light inside, but also was a great source of cold coming in that front window without the entertainment center to block it. Next step, thermal curtains for that area! ![]()
Oh, and the TV ended up weighing 65 lbs!

Wow! That’s one heavy TV!
I know, right? I can carry an extra small human being now that I got rid of that, lol!!

So Ms Norma, what did you do with the tv spot? Or are you letting extra small humans live in it?
