Looks like to get just one flag is going to be pretty expensive, the local guy here quoted me $179 ouch. The only way to get them down cheaper is to get volume, so best bet is to hold off for a while and hopefully we will grow in members until we can bulk order a bunch.

I  looked around online and contacted this company, here is the reply and attached pricing PDF.

The flags I have for the RV are 3’x5′, good size.

You can see it starts to get a little more reasonable in price once we get up to 50 or 100 flags.

For your flag, Jet-Flo Printing is the best route to take.

 

The great thing about Jet-Flo Printing is it allows you to be as creative as you want and at the same time use as many colors as you desire for the same price. In comparison, pricing for screen printing is determined by the amount of colors you have so printing 5 colors will be more expensive than 1. Jet-Flo Printing eliminates that totally. 1 color costs the same as  8,000 colors . Also with Jet-Flo Printing you are able to achieve gradients, (fading of colors) with no problem. Since we have 1 of  only 50 machines in the entire world that prints this type of Jet- Flo Printing your guaranteed a superior flag with an amazing image !

The material we use is a sturdy open weave polyester ( It is the best & most durable material available on the market for this process) called Super Polynex and it is a NorthStar Flag “Exclusive” Material.. The ink is directly printed onto the flag with a dispersed dye ink system which allows for full penetration of color while allowing a show thru of the reverse image on the back from 70 to 98% depending on the colors. Lighter colors will have less show thru. The ink is then heat set at 400 degrees to lock in the vibrancy of the color.  The result is the finest custom flag around!

***We do ship to Canada and typically if the order is under 10lbs, we ship overnight because it would be flown in and wouldn’t be held up in customs.***

Production time is 6 to 8 business days from the day that you approve the virtual proof we send you ( if you need it sooner..just ask and we’ll see what we can do)

that is a painful price, but the rate your site is going it will be big . and we can do something like that, James has a great idea, everyone that has access to a flag place might be able to find it cheeper down here, espeically since we are a group. Ordered a RVHH car flag –

While working on making an RV Happy Hour products store on the site CafePress I noticed they had car flags, so uploaded the logo to try it out.

I’ve ordered one for myself. Will report back on how it turns out.

Yes Roger, they have a bunch of products to choose from and will put the logo on and ship.

People can create their own stores there for products to sell.

 

They have been around for a long time.
