My plan is to make a plywood box and take the big under sofa drawer from the existing sofa (love the feature) and build it in and maybe another storage area under a little trap door at the back. I’ll panel the sides to match the interior decor.

Then top with a high quality foam mattress and have an upholsterer wrap it in leather. Then we will buy or have made different size pillows so we can make it a sofa, or little bed or whatever by rearranging the pillows.
