December 22, 2014 at 8:13 am #8154Meatloaf in a muffin pan. I didn’t like the end product. Found that even using lean ground beef there was too much fat/moisture, which almost boiled over. I bought a two part muffin pan, a perforated top pan and a regular muffin pan for the bottom. Much better meatloaf.
