Nope, but somebody is making a freakin KILLING!!!

I guess if it’s a retirement village, it’d be nice for older folks who want to maintain their independence but still have others around.  Most folks like that are pretty particular about their privacy and tend to extend that to others, so it might work out for a particular subset…
