I watched your video on the hot water heater tune up and where did you buy the socket for the element removal. How about your torque wrench. What type do you suggest?

You should be able to get the element wrench at any large hardware store that sells plumbing supplies, the same element is used in many residential type water heaters.

Camco 09883 5″ Residential Screw-In Water Heater Element Wrench

For a torque wrench make sure it is capable of enough foot lbs setting so you can torque your tire lugs. My lug nuts on the truck need 150lbs of torque so a 150 foot/lb wrench would barely do it so I have a 250 foot/lb one so I have lots of reserve.

I got mine at Canadian Tire in the US something like this looks similiar.
