Anne really likes poached eggs on toast. We had an old three egg poacher pan and I hated it. Such a pain to clean and get the eggs perfect. Last trip to Walmart I picked up this little single egg poacher, works like a charm and takes up very little space.

Spray a little cooking spray in, crack in the egg, a little water in the bottom. Then we use the gas stove element on the lowest setting. By the time the toast is ready a perfect poached egg is ready. To get it out I also picked up a silicone baking spatula.
