I came across hundreds of miles of beach property in west Texas , southern New Mexico, and Arizona. Prime sandy beaches. For a small fee you can lease/ rent acres of beach property. I prefer cash but you can pay by pay pal. This is prime beach area and it will go fast so reserve yours today. FYI also comes with a free macramé pot holder 
And in what eon did the land rise and the ocean dry up? Late Cretaceous?
But it does make the shell collecting a lot drier!
