Eating Bugs?

In case anyone is ever in Austin, TX and wants to eat some bugs. Seriously?

I guess that is one thing we can do with all the pesky critters.

The crazy thing is they actually don’t look all that bad in the photos. But I’m not too sure about this..

I would have to have quite a few beers…I still don;’t eat sushi, I guess I am too “Western” give me steak….beef, pork etc. throw in chicken and seafood and I am good to go!

We are right there with you Melody! We’ll take beef, pork, chicken and seafood any day.. but bugs.. um… well.. haha.

If we were starving and there were bugs available, especially the prepared ones in the photos, we would, no doubt, eat them!  That said, the only bugs that we eat on a regular basis are only found in the ocean and turn red when steamed or boiled! Beef, Pork, and Chicken are waaaayyy up on our food list!!!
