Due to vibration and wet conditions, RV appliances quite often have problems due to loose or corroded electrical connections.

I recently experienced this on my water heater and then again on my refrigerator.

So, remember to check electrical connections first. If you find a loose or corroded connector clean or refasten it then test the applance to see if that was the problem.

Yeah, had that problem with our water heater. After much probing and testing and asking questions we were able to trace the problem to a corroded fuse! Pulled it out and cleaned the contact areas and VOILA! the electric element works again!  :-)
