    Looks like a lot of people having difficulty reducing their photos to the 512KB required.  suggest try Google ‘Fast stone’ free download and relatively easy to re size photos.

    Good tip Jon, there is also a neat site I use called Pixlr – http://pixlr.com/express/

    It’s an online image editor, you select the photo from your hard drive and choose adjustment and it has an easy to use crop and re-size function, quick save and the photo is good to go. I like it because during the save process it gives a slider bar to choose the size in KB.
